Starting Stats 6'2 285 17-20% b/f
CYCLE
weeks 1-10 RT Enanthate 750mg
weeks 1-10 RT Equipoise 500mg
weeks 1-6 RT Winstrol 50mg/day
weeks 10-12 RT Winstrol 50mg/day
weeks 13-17 clomid therapy
Arimidex as needed throughout cycle
May add cytomel at week 6 if comfortable with it.
Will use thermogenic throughout cycle.
Schedule:
7:00 wake up and drink water and take thermo
7:15 45 minutes of medium paced cardio
8:30 1st meal consisting of protein and carbs
10:30 1 hr of intense workout
11:30 RTD post workout coctail 50 grams protein and 50 grams dextrose
11:45-1:00- shower and take a nap
1:30- meal 3 carbs and protein
4:30-chicken or tilapia with spinach leafs sauteed and cheese
7:30- RTD shake with flaxoil
10:30- bedtime but first have to down chicken breast or egg whites

Get that diet keyed in ASAP and let's start packing on all 'dat muscle bro. You have alot of free time to put into this cycle and it doesn't matter what you take or how you lift, diet is what determines how well your end results will be. Regroup this weekend and come out Monday swinging brother!
