How much does the blood thin after giving a pint of blood

Hi, How much does the blood thin after giving a pint of blood, in percentage?
I.e. My HTC is now at 55% what will it go down to (approximately) and for how long?

Past experience for me is that a single whole donation decreases hemoglobin by about 1.8 points. I'm assuming that a double red decreas by 2X = 3.6 points, but I have no labs to support that assumption.
