This is the hug I have...I plan to take 250iu 2x week...it came pre mixed not powder...but there is not much in the bottle...do I just do half of 10 each time using a u100 insulin syringe? Just seems like I will barely have anything in there

You need to know wat was used to mix it. If it was the saline solution, then it is a one time use. If it was bac water your good to use over time.

draw your hCG into a syringe and transfer it into a sterile vial.
Add 2ml bacteriostatic water to the sterile vial.
You now have 5000iu of hCG in 3ml of solution.
5000iu/3ml = 1666.7iu/ml = 166.7iu/0.1ml = 250iu/0.15ml
inject 0.15ml into your belly fat twice a week
