IF your goal is growth , then yes you can surely micro dose GH with insulin throughout the day with meals. you'll get a 'non natural' synergistic effect from the presence of GH, Insulin, Glucose, and IGF. the reason I say 'non natural' is that if you were NOT injecting these hormones exogenously, you would never be able to get this same effect in a natural state (as one hormone is antagonist to the other). you would also not be able to get this effect with GHRPs or GHRHs (this is where the main theory comes from that you shouldn't take GH close to meals, especially carb meals, as the GH will have little effect, but this is not true, its the GH secretagogues that are effected by insulin release and the presence of glucose, exogenous HGH goes directly into the blood stream independent of any other hormone) .

IF your goal is fat loss , then taking GH in larger doses separate from your insulin or meal is best for lipolysis. with the lower levels of glucose your body will mobilize fatty acids for fuel (which GH aides in).
