Dangr of Hi HCT/HGB w/o hi BP

So, what is the danger of high hemoglobin/hematocrit with BP in acceptable range? Mine are right at the very top of the range but my BP is on the low side, 127/not memorable (consistently +-5), the only noticeable feature is an occasional reddish face.

I have normal HCT/HGB with high blood pressure so I’m just the opposite. Good question.
