Can someone tell me what stickies are and how to find them. I keep getting reference back to the. But not sure?

Stickies refers to a topic or discussion thread on the forum that stays at the top no matter what.

Normal threads fall away as new, more active ones are created.

You're a good man duffer. When I first went to a BB forum and asked what a sticky was, I only got troll answers.
One said, "at the bottom of supplement containers there are post-its with workout advice"
