I have to get blood work done for my IGF-1 levels. What is a way to make sure my levels are extremely low so the doctor will increase my rhGH dose (It has been five days since my last 0.3mg rhGH injection)?

eat and drink absolutely nothing and do lots of cardio.
I have my blood draw scheduled in three days from now which will make it exactly ten days since my last GH injection. On the day of my blood draw, if my blood will get drawn at lets say 4:00PM, how many hours prior to the blood extraction should I take a flood dose of Nolvadex so by the time my blood gets drawn, the Nolvadex will be peaking, which lowers my natural IGF-1 levels. Thoughts?
Wouldnt letrozole decimate igf levels?
