    I can only do rope pulldown 30lbs good or bad?

    I just started for triceps...

    Im doing:
    Overheads extension with dumbell and
    Rope pulldown

    He's the sane guy that was here about 2 months ago talking about his 45lb barbell bench press.

    Same exact writing and speaking style.

    He was always talking Halo.

    First they came here bitching about purple Panda ripping him off and sending him bunk garbage.
    Then he started saying that purple Panda sent him 99% pure Halo and that it wasn't doing anything for him and he was trying to sell it

    Then he started talking about doing drugs as pre workout such as speed he's doing it again

    I don't know Couch. I think it's pretty good as long as he's doing 1,000 reps.
