I did a half a cycle like 5 months ago but lost all a week after I was done because I went to CUBA( a lot of alcohol,sex, no sleep etc.)I am currently doing this..
week 1-2. Weekly 2cc's sust 250
week 3-6 Weekly 3cc's sust 250 + anavar 20 mgs a day
week 6-8 Weekly 2cc's sust250 + anavar 20 mgs a day + hcg
I am working out each muscle once a week using about 3-5 excercises per muscle.I am doing betweek 4-12 reps till exhuastion.Eating 4 meals a day and a ridiculous amount of protein shakes.Any tips greatly appreciated.
