Not discounting your theory or suggestions, but there are genetic factors at play involving your autonomic nervous system, circulatory system, your hypothalamus function, thyroid function, age, gender, body fat %, body size and muscle mass as well as your activity level. When you start running into multiple factors, it can be a recipe for “running hot” and sweating. There is definitely a disease and vitamin deficiency component as well, but I’ve run so hot for so long I had to get tested and this was all quoted back to me by my physician. There really is a genetic makeup to it and some people are just naturally predisposed, I am one of those people unfortunately. I’m hot when it’s 60 degrees out. Flip side I’m like a furnace in the winter for my wife
