I love chicken but I can't eat it dry. It kills me. can I be very sparring on the BBQ sauce or is there somethign else that I could put on it low in carbs and fat? Thanks

Im with Pheedno...i like to make my own salsa and topp my rice, chicken, beef, or anything with it.
I also use natural ketchup sometimes...or even natural honey!!! damn thats good

    4-5 fresh tomatoes
a good hand full of cilantro leaves
    1-2 jalapenos
optional: 1/2 onion- bell pepper, or any other veggie
Coursely chop everything up, then throw it in a blender, and maybe even add some sodium free salt (optional, but make it taste better) and blend to a salsa consistancy.

And its way better for you than the processed shit at the store.

I make my own barbeque sauce.

I buy powdered mesquite flavor chicken seasoning packets from the gocery store (they basically have no nutritional content, just spices and maybe a couple grams of carbs), then mix it with water, 1/4c olive oil (if you aren't worried about the fat), and about 1/2c ketsup (try to find one low in sugar) or you can substitute tomatoe paste and some Splenda. It makes enough for a whole bag of chicken breasts and only adds a little bit of carbs to each.

There is also 0 calorie bbq sauce you can get from the health store, but I'm not a big fan of the taste.

Hot spicy mustard works best. Mix it with the tuna to itll give it some damn taste. Salsa makes the egg whites not make you wanna puke. Plus the spices will help boost that metab. also cook that chicken in some damn olive oil.
