What's up everyone. Joined the site because a current member and friend introduced me to it. I'm currently 6ft2 230lbs..bodyfat% unknown. Never tried anything before but at 33 years of age figure it was the right time to take a leap. This seems to be a very informative site with plenty of help...thanks for having me and looking forward to conversing with some of yall about my journey ahead.
