It’s that time again.
Most Improved will be judged on fat loss, muscle growth/ retention and definition.



Start date June 3rd
End date. August 26th

Starting picture deadline June 8th
Ending picture deadline August 26th

Please list your stats. Age height weight

Picture submissions must include

Front relaxed
Back relaxed
Front double bicep
Rear double bicep
Best side chest
Quads

These are for beginning and ending pictures.
Feel free to post any other pictures through out the competition.
You will only be judged on start and ending pictures.

For finial picture submissions start your own thread. Post beginning and ending photos together there.

Judges will be announced later.

Everyone competing..: some tips for your photos:
Make sure there is sufficient lighting
Try different stances for the poses till you find what fits you.
There are a number of people here that can help you if needed. Believe me, there are little “tricks” that make a big difference.

I would recommend practicing the poses throughout the competition.

1/4 turns. It is anything but relaxed. Every muscle should be flexed.
