Is there any trick what my Consultant maybe did not know about managing this condition?

At the moment my injections stoped and I need to attend venesection.


How dangerous would be to add a little winstrol to my HRT dose?

Nobody here is a doctor, and that would be your first line of defense.

If the only issue you are having is elevated hematocrit and hemoglobin, regular blood donations usually resolve that. But, I'm not a doctor, so do your research.

I can't comment on winstrol in your situation.
