    Hey fellas!

    Total time training: 6 years
    Finished a 3 month cycle recently
    Height: 5'7"
    Starting weight: 125lbs
    Highest weight: 195lbs
    Current weight: 171lbs

    Currently dieting down before I start a new cycle to gain weight into a powerlifting meet. 10 week cycle into the meet, then 10 weeks out from my first physique show is the plan.
    Looking forward to chatting and learning from everybody here.
