What are you talking about??? Underground labs differ from lab to lab. Some actually have been tested to be overdosed.
If you want to know about a lab in particular, specify the lab/product....

Yeah you need to ask about a specific lab... not all underground stuff is underdosed...

Many underground labs make a better product than some Pharmaceutical companies.

Supra, EQL, RT, PVL, BDL are just a few underground labs that have been pretty solid, there's a lot more out there. Some labs better than others.

Not saying some underground labs cant make a damn good quality product... but for time tested consistency real pharm companies are it.
