    Muscle cramping on test

    Hey guys,

So I’ve started my first cycle: sus250 500mg a week. I’m 5 weeks in, the first 2 weeks I was taking 80mg of Clen a day as well. I stopped the Clen as after 2 weeks my lower leg muscles around my shins were cramping hard when only walking a few hundred metres. To the point I couldn’t walk anymore. The further I walk the tighter they would get.
All my other muscles get fatigued and really tight with exercise as well.

I stopped the Clen 3 weeks ago now, I’ve been taking taurine powder each day as well as some magnesium and my muscles are slightly better but still pretty bad.

I’m beginning to think the this could be a side effect of the sus? Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? I’ve just ordered some potassium as well so I’ll try that. The magnesium I’ve had to stop taking as it goes straight through me in a matter of minutes.

I always get more cramping on cycle but it was particularly bad in my last one when I took Anavar. Same thing as you, shin splints, along with general cramping.

Magnesium did work for me. I only got the shits from it once. Try taking a lower dose. They say potassium is for cramps you get while resting, while magnesium helps with exercise induced cramps.

Increased blood and nitrogen retention will cause cramping. Agreed that supplemental magnesium and potassium as well as increased water and electrolytes can help! I add Nuun to my water after heavy workouts

Also add some foods to your diet..

Thanks for the feedback, I do drink to much, not excessively but I have 2-3 beers a night I’ll cut that out this week, find a magnesium sup that doesn’t make me shit (I heard different forms of mag are better than others for giving you the runs). I might add some electrolytes in as well

What type of magnesium are you buying? magnesium citrate? The citrate is better absorbed but can really clean you out. Most magnesium’s will (sulfate, orate, citrate).

I’d try and find magnesium glycinate or just try and get it from foods. The supplements are known to cause the shits...it’s kind of their job.

    Electrolytes will absolutely help

Stretching helps too. I get the same cramps you describe when i take too much anavar. It Doesn't hurt to Have some gatorade with your workout!

Yea so ive been taking Clen again for a week, but only 40mg a day. Before I was up around 80-120mg a day depending on the day. Ive been taking all the above and electrolytes, they seem to be getting better but are still there. Time will tell I guess. And yes it is magnesium citrate im taking.
