split up nolvadex times?

Is there any need to split up my nolvadex times, like 10mg in morning and 10mg at night or will 20mg at one time be fine. Thanks

i have heard (from recent advise i've been given) that splitting it up in the am and pm is what they do, but is not necessary. I will bump for you in case i'm was misinformed.

cool I tasted it, it didnt really have a strong medicine taste to it was kinda dull mediciny not bad tho. But I finally inject first time and left a thread for it if u wanna read problems and such.

No you were not misinformed this is how I like to take it. Like I said you can take it all at once or do it like I do AM PM your choice
