    Sleeping habits, test and gains

    I am having my first test cycle ever (500mg a week).

    My sleeping habits are just terrible. I go to bed at 2-3am normally and sometimes even later than that. I get to sleep 6-7 hours most days regardless but sometimes only 5 (sometimes 8 though).

    So far I have gained 22 pounds and I'm on my 9th week. My chest is not just growing that much but my arms and back have made some progressions. Waist still the same size as a month ago (I get all my body accumulated in my gut for some odd reason though). Just wordering how bad my sleeping issues ruined my cycle. It's something I need to work on and has me so depressed. Help.

    I'm tired all the time. It's rare to be well-rested at this point to be honest. Even if I sleep the 7-8 hours it still shows because normally go to bed super late.

    I've had the same problem sleep wise can't get more than 2-3 hrs at a time and never over 5 at once . I work 2 jobs and I usually don't get to go to the gym untill around ten pm or later either because of work or because of too many people in my little gym I go to here . It's a nice little gym but you get 4 people in there working out and you can't do your routine because we're all trying to use the same equipment at the same time and I like to get in there execute my routine non stop , fks my whole workout up if it doesn't happen that way . Anyway so I usually get home and in bed by say 1-2:30 and I'm up for work again by 6-7 .
    I finally just this weekend took 3 straight days off to try get caught up and reset myself so I can finish my cycle . Im in week 7 now going 12 weeks test e 500 split weekly and 50 anavar daily split 10 mg superdrol for 4 weeks pwo . I take aromasin 12.5 eod as well. Cycles going good besides the sleep issue.
