I’ve heard tren can interfere with E2 tests. Is this true? I’m getting the sensitive e2 test from labcorp and am currently on tren, I just hope it doesn’t give me a crappy result.

As far as I know, tren doesn't affect E2 tests. In fact, from what I've been able to research in farming, they often give trenbolone along with estrogen to cattle to improve the yields.
This really isn't going to answer your question, but it's an interesting read on tren:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1808166/
And here is an article that mentions some of the metabolites of tren:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1874171/
It's not scientifically documented since tren isn't a prescribed AAS, but I have heard tren can affect the ELISA version of sensitive E2, buy not the LC/MS version of sensitive E2.
