    Achilles Issues on cycle

Hey guys currently on the last few weeks of my cycle (Sust and oral winnie.) I was good for some time until about 2 weeks ago, I ran and instantly regretted it. I then waited a week, stayed off of anything calf related, then did calf raises on leg day. I have for the last week and half skipped anything to do with calf workouts or cardio.

My achilles on both legs are absolutely killing me. They don't feel like they are torn or anything like that, but if I had to describe it, they are swollen and painful, about to burst.

How can I combat this? I'm doing PCT here in a few weeks (Clomid). I play football and start off season practices in November.

Anybody had this issue before? What worked?

I think it's due to a number of reasons, mainly blood thickness and the difficulty of the cardiovascular system to pump enough oxygen to lower extremities. I have this with every cycle. I can't walk any distance, forget hills. Extremely painful. It's why I decided that there is nothing "performance enhancing" with steroids, at least not for me. I find the best performance enhancement with TRT level doses. I would just end the cycle now and begin PCT. What you can do is start taking magnesium every day. I found magnesium helped in the short term, but it always came back if I forgot to dose.

Often miss confused uses for the numerous amounts of magnesium. See the attached image.

I greatly appreciate it. I've thought about stopping but I have about half a vial left of sust. Think it would be really detrimental if I finished over the next 3 weeks?

Would you wait a week after last injection to start pct? Or go right into it next day?

This is my 3rd cycle but I've never had these issues.

Best thing you can do aside from donating blood would be to soak your feet in epsom salt and give them as much rest as you can.

I'll try that, really hard to rest them with my job. Constantly on my feet.

Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate, so it kind of goes along with what everybody else was saying. But it's really soothing. Use hot water with it (but not too hot that it burns).
