Tb 500 and hgh

I have struggled with painful knees and have prolapses in my back.
I now take testo e and hgh 2iu in the evening.
I wonder if the TB 500 will be beneficial for painful knees and back.?
Tb 500 costs a lot and I also use hgh which is also good for knees and back.

What doses would you recommend?
Will it last with 2mg a week and reduce the dosage after a few weeks?
