When is cruising a good choice?

I will shortly come off my current cycle of test e and anavar, very happy with the results and plan
    another cycle of March 2022.
Talking with a few buddies doing this for longer durations than I have (and heavier), they simply do
    not understand why I PCT.

According to them, PCT is great for someone doing a few cycles in life and drop, but not someone
passionate about AAS Fitness life and plan doing it again and again.

Now my knowledge states simply - more use, longer duration, especially adding compounds = TRT.

Last time I finished PCT, my value were great according to doc. I don't feel as good as I once did
OFF, with lower libido and overall energy/ happiness, but it's livable.
In other words, on paper I am normal, but by feelings I am not.
I also do plan to have kids in the future.

You guys who have decided to cruise currently or in past, what were your mindset?
    How do/ did you feel?
What should I consider as pros and cons?

I decided to blast and cruise 3 years ago and it was the best choice in my life regarding bodybuilding. My mindset was that I wanna compete (even on pro level if things go well), and since I will use PEDs in the rest of my life TRT is not a problem. I don't want kids, so there is absolutely no cons for me except healthwise, but that can be manageable.

My advice is to stay away from b&c if you want kids. Just isn't worth the risk imo

Appreciate it! I decided to PCT again even against advice from those in the gym, the reason was children and potential work incoming that might make eating a stressfactor rather than something I will enjoy to build.
Looking forward to a heavier cycle March, but I would think sooner or later I will end up on the TRT train as well and can re-think the whole thing.

The one downside of blast and cruise is recovery. Natural test levels allow you to remove bloat and gain natural deep sleep.

You have your mind made up on HrT

I usually like to cruise around on a nice sunny warm day, not hot just warm but it’s your choice.

When I first started out I was cycling then coming off and doing PCT, but that got old quick. It got to the point where I was doing a cycle and then just “cruising” on a trt dose or sometimes a little more. I had my sperm count checked because my wife and I were about ready to start trying for a baby. Well even with hcg my count was zero. I had to drop all gear and start using Clomid, we got pregnant, I jumped back on gear, but we wanted to have one more child so I came off again and she is now pregnant. After this child is born, I am never coming off aas. I will drop to a cruising dose between blasts but I will never come off again.

So yes if you want kids, it’s best to avoid aas for a few months prior to when you are ready to start trying. Unless you are one of the lucky ones who still has a decent sperm count while using testosterone. It might be worth having a fertility test done. If you have a decent sperm count then there’s obviously no reason to come off.

Thank you for sharing! This was my thoughts and I really do want kids. I've heard that having a woman in your life first helps, so I am on that mission now. I was on Test E and HCG now and I had according to lab nothing in me that would make a baby.
The few swimmers I had literally didn't swim, just lay there high on life...
I am keen on TRT, while I do hate putting needles in me for the rest of my life (cream seems horrible), I love the feeling being a man I guess is the best way to put it.
Off I feel like an insecure child.

Thought I sent the question here instead of starting new thread.

I am on second week of PCT with Nolvadex and Clomid (100/40 1x, 50/20 3x), did HCG during cycle, not post.
I have T-atrophy for sure now during PCT and I did a test just to check values and results are:
    - FSH 1.09 mIU/mL
    - LH 3.4 mIU/ mL
    - Total Test 3.32 ng/mL
    - E2 16.8 pg/mL

Does this seem to be in elevated range what PCT protocol normally gives? Or does it seem my stuff is underdosed/ bunk or
    I'm responding bad?

I am very much considering going on TRT, looking into insurance and laws regarding this since I want it under legal evaluation
and support. But for now I just gotta reset as much as I can
