It got to the point where I was doing a cycle and then just “cruising” on a trt dose or sometimes a little more. I had my sperm count checked because my wife and I were about ready to start trying for a baby. Well even with hcg my count was zero. So yes if you want kids, it’s best to avoid aas for a few months prior to when you are ready to start trying. Unless you are one of the lucky ones who still has a decent sperm count while using testosterone. It might be worth having a fertility test done. If you have a decent sperm count then there’s obviously no reason to come off.
