    Test Cyp

Unfortunately decided to postpone my start date until February due to a sore shoulder. I’m going to run just Test Cyp 200. I’ve been debating on sticking 1ml EOD or 1.5cc E4D. Read on the profiles page smaller more frequent amounts help keep the blood levels more stable. Looking for 600mg/wk. am I splitting hairs here? Or would the more frequent be optimal?

Dealers choice. Once a week is just fine (based on the half life of the ester) twice a week is great too and some will argue you will have more stable blood levels and less sides (Yes, there are charts to support it. You can also make a chart for just about anything). Subjectively and anecdotally I’ve never noticed a bit of difference.

When you begin to pin multiple compounds and have higher volume, breaking up the dose becomes much more relevant…

So if I was to stick once a week you’re saying to stick 3cc at a time (to hit my 600mg/wk target)? I’ve just never stuck more than 1.5cc at a time.

I read your question too quickly…apologies.

I was looking at it from a blood plasma level perspective, not by volume.

No, you should probably break it up. Not knowing how big your shoulders are, you’ll be stuck with glutes and quads only for 3 cc’s.

I misspoke. You would be better off pinning 1.5 cc’s every 3.5 days.

Unless you have boulder shoulders and thick glutes and quads that can take 3 cc’s.

Again, you’re better off pinning 1.5 ever 3.5.

Sorry again for responding too quickly

I’m right there with you…staring down the barrel of 48 here pretty soon. Geez, where does the time go?!

Definitely break it up. 600 a week divided into two shots is perfect. Rotate injection sites, practice good hygiene, keep in tune with your body for signs of estrogenic side effects and modify your diet to match your goals.

    TRT or PCT?

    Best wishes and Godspeed

Unfortunately it seems to be barreling towards 58 @ a rapid pace.

I really wasn't planning on this long of a fiasco.

We’re like fine wines and whiskeys boys, that’s what I tell myself anyways when I creak myself awake in the morning

    Swilderbeast,

Hope you’ve explored TRT…it’s a game changer and a key to holding the gains you’ll get after your shoulder heals. Be mindful of the newfound strength as well, a shoulder, hamstring or a bicep tendon can quickly derail the best laid plans

Definitely going to give TRT a look. I don’t mind pinning. It’ll took awhile the first time, imagining actually stabbing one’s self is hard to fathom lol, but after that first one I was good to go. It’s been about 8 years but I highly doubt I’ll have much issue.
