I think we talked about this before, but at this stage of your development, pick ONE goal for a cycle, either bulk, cut, recomp, strength, etc. Do not mix goals over the course of a cycle, that is an advanced technique for competitors.
Train your legs properly, the rest of your physique will benefit.
Drop the dbol. It is doing nothing right now but causing you stress over is it bunk, did you accidentally take the wrong dose, etc.
Finish out this cycle at the 400mg test you are using now. PCT, then train purely natty for a year or two. You have a solid natty physique, but if your gear is not bunk, you have to learn to train more efficiently. In addition, get your nutrition locked in. Neither training nor nutrition are where they need to be or you would be seeing more results. Not trying to be harsh, just encouraging a serious look at those two areas.
Once those two factors are dialed in, and have been for two years consistently, then you will be ready for gear. Too many guys get on gear thinking they can half step and get all swole. Not saying this is you, just that a LOT of people have that mindset. The gear is the finishing touch for, not the main driver of, success.
