    Face bloat out of no where!?

    Currently cruising on 160 mg test. No ai. Everything has been looking good. However woke up today and face is bloated as hell. Just looks super puffy. No change in diet or anything.

    Should I pop an exemestane or just wait and see. No other sides and been cruising for 7 months now

    No need to panic. Drink some water and Gatorade and make sure you’re not eating too much sodium
