Hello just wondering out of everyone here who has done a test only for their first cycle and how much muscle did you gain. I'm about to start test 500 soon and wondering how much weight I'll gain or could gain if nutrition and training is correct.
1-10LBS of muscle
11-21LBS of muscle
22- or higher LBS of muscle

I would add something to it.
D-bol is always a good choice to kick off a test cycle. Or you can go w/ some Eq or Deca..
brother, test only cycles depend on who u r imho. football players that i live with and so on love this shit ! but me, i bb, i run it with d-bol and EQ/deca and use winyn at the end to harden up ! at least use some d-bol to kick start ur gains !
week 1 - 4: d-bol 35 - 40mg/ed
milk thistle - 1 g /ed to protect liver
mind u, if all u can afford is test only cycle, ur making a good decision bro ! just keep ur diet good and clean and ull see results !
test only cycles a good idea. i would keep it simple for the first one. I did and don't regret it.

My first cycle was a 10 wk of sust 250 @ 250mg per wk. Got 15lbs from it and I really didn't know much about diet and training then.

test only cycles are good for beginers. i would make it a multi ester though. Just for the fact that you are probably not ready to inject everyday going from not injecting at all. good luck
