I wonder if a corrective brace could possibly help? Have you had any imaging done of that knee, Samson?
I know you've had your hands full dealing with the embolism and recovery, but if possible it might not hurt to consider it.
As far as Deca, if you're monitoring your CBC and you're sure your prothrombin time is in range, I think 200mg/week would be a good dosage.
Again, imaging and the radiologist's interpretation might give you a more accurate picture as to whether Deca would be beneficial.
One other thing to possibly consider is Zilretta, but I think to get the full benefit you will want that knee straighter....even if it's just a corrective brace.
