For me doing TRT at 150 mg./week did nothing to accelerate the process, but bump that up to a 50O testosterone cycle/week, I noticed more coming out in my brush.
My one cycle with mast & tren did the most hair loss damage, so I’m not touching mast again.
Bought an expensive laser helmet for hair regrowth and in 7 months between it and finisteride, it completely reversed it (not bad for being 64) and am very happy I spent the bucks.
If I’m going to drop 10-15K on another round of transplants, I sure as shit won’t mess with any other cycles.
Regarding the lipo: bust your ass with diet, training and added cardio and be patient. I live in Los Angeles & have seen some of the work these surgeons do, but to get it done right, you’re looking at 25K. If I came upon 10-15 million out of the blue I’d do it, because the progress they’ve made with dudes midsections and chests is outrageous.
Last point, thinking TRT might be the only thing that would let you keep your hair, but any hair transplant surgeon ain’t going to endorse it because it could possibly mess up your results.
Good luck.
