The most disgusting thing to me is reheating chicken after it has been refrigerated... especially in the microwave. This makes it really hard to meal prep with chicken. It gets this nasty flavor and smell. I know some people don't smell/taste that, but some of us do. Also, I'm not a fan of pork unless it's in a sausage or meatball, and I've never been a big steak guy either. I really don't like fish either.. makes it really hard to get in the protein I need. I do love cultured milk/kefir, which has a decent amount of protein. I got this from my mom, cause she's the same way. My dad is a meat fanatic, on the other hand.
I also can't stand cilantro... I have a real sensitive palate I guess.
