Question Knees over Toes Guy Ben Patrick & his philosophy...why do u think it works? 3,2,1...

Knees over Toes Guy Ben Patrick & his philosophy...why do YOU think it works?

You have some knee issues, maybe you power through.....and you stumble on Ben Patrick, the "Knees over Toes guy"

It sounds interesting to you...maybe you've tried everything....Maybe you're not ready for peptides like Tb500 or bpc 157.....maybe you want a natural way to fix your nagging sporadic once in a while / mysterious throbbing knee pain

Maybe you can't Afford Red Light treatment or Stem Cell Therapy....

Why do you think his rehab philosophy works to stretch or strengthen knees....maybe even reverse knee pain?

The dude talks about having mutliple basketball injuries and surgery

His philosophy sounds interesting...then he goes onto describe ATG ass to grass where one is completely flat footed and does deep squats even goes on to say that in Asian countries--they rarely have knee issues because maybe like they do the "Asian Squat" as in deep squats

I mean if you're Older and you've studied the mainstream as in normal....as in time tested Joe Weider school of bodybuilding theory and practice-- Weren't we told NEVER TO DO DEEP SQUATS PAST THE POINT WHERE THE KNEES ARE PERPENDICULAR TO THE FLOOR??

Why would YOU think this all works?....(from a cursory scan) it seems like he's engaging all the knee muscles & tissues getting blood flow into this area & Sinovial fluid, which is a subcutaneous area and doesn't get much warmth or air (on its own) in order to heal

My physical therapist when I showed him 1 of Ben Patrick's books said it's hitting the knee and its muscles & soft tissue from all angles which can be healthy....

Has anyone had success with this, in terms of their knees not aching or throbbing again?
(it always seems to be a pain (knee pain, that is)... that comes & goes w/o rhyme or reason)

Ben goes on to do bulgarian split squats...ok ... like is he showing off that he can now do this....I simply can't put my head around this...I have an ideal....It's probably because the muscles and soft tissue around the knee joint are being ENGAGED AND FORCED TO BALANCE....PROVIDING sinovial fluid and warmth....

The balance part is when he does walking backwards pointing to his knees over toes when he walks backwards, and says this is forcing the area to be balanced so as like in other countries like Asian, the elderly don't lose balance, don't fall down and break their bones

It's a little bit ambivalent.... and Honestly, I don't mean to be mean--- but his book looks like it just got printed off those old school Color Copy Print on demand copiers...

...but is this temporary? I mean, a lot of people swear by still squating heavy once in a while ---because they say it makes the pain go away ....Is that true of is that just like a Distraction sort of biting on a wallet to take the pain away from a gun shot wound?

What's the hype... attraction or the Eureka moment for his theories?

    Interesting topic...your thoughts?
