Thumbs up Help analysing bloodwork 16 weeks in Test E 500mg/400mg Mast cycle, high MCV?? HELP!!

Hello all, just finished a 16 week cycle as follows:

    Test E 500mg/week
    Mast E 400mg/week
    Arimidex 0.25mg EOD

Got bloodwork on the 16th week and was wondering if I could go straight into another blast? Or low test high tren for another 16 weeks? (200mg Test, 400mg Mast, 400mg Tren). (The thought is that the low test works as a cruise to give my body a rest thought it isn't a problem since my lipids are okay?)

Thoughts? I feel so light headed/fatigued ALL THE TIME. I am out of breath/extremely tired to get up off the sofa, let alone go shopping but I push through at the gym. Muscle gains during this bulk didn't seem so great to me.

I have got little lumps under both nipples, noticed it over a month ago (oestradiol is barely out of range?)

IMPORTANT - Not sure if the high MCV is anything to worry about except I do feel extremely fatigued/light headed and have been so since before the cycle started. Like I'm talking almost falling over zombie like 24/7, it's a struggle to walk to the kitchen. Wasn't sure if that's just the nature of the PEDS hitting me and/or lethargy from bulking.

What else from my bloods could cause extreme lethargy/light headedness and stuff?

Some key numbers to save you time:

    (HIGH) Oestradiol 178 pmol/l (range 41-159.001)
    (HIGH) MCV 103.2 pmol/l (range 81-98.001)
    (LOW) SHBG 12.7 pmol/l (range 18-40)
    (HIGH) TESTOSTERONE 119 pmol/l (range 15.001-25.701)
    (HIGH) FREE TESTOSTERONE 4.856 pmol/l (range 0.2-0.801)

LH and FSH came back with errors but I read that if your total cholesterol/hdl ratio is okay then it's fine?

    Thanks.

Your E2 is going to be elevated. When T goes up, the conversion to E2 is increased. Most people look at it as ratio and do fine.

Your SHBG is low, but I wouldn't sweat it. Low SHBG generally gives you a higher free T level.

For one thing, if you "just got done" running almost a gram of compounds for 4 months, and now you're "ready to jump back into a blast" of over a gram a week of compounds despite the fact you're body is telling you it needs a rest, you have a problem.

Take another 6-8 weeks off, pulls labs again and see what your CBC, CMP, and hormone levels look like.

I can't get your labs to open up and view them, but who knows. Maybe your thyroid levels are blunted from a long cycle. I wouldn't sweat the MCV value alone, but am not going to comment on that without seeing the rest of your CBC.

I'm not trying to sound like an a-hole, but go back and reread what you posted. It sounds like your trying to take shortcuts and chase that "feel good" feeling. That's not the best path to pursue.

If your FSH and LH levels are wacky, T and E levels are still elevated, that's a pretty good sign you aren't recovered yet.

Edit: You ran mast and test AND .25mg anastrozole each week for 16 weeks. If your mast was legit and you still felt you needed .25mg anastrozole EOD, I'd rethink that.

Since I can't view your lab work, make sure you're drinking plenty of water and getting in sufficient electrolytes. It's been one hell of a summer and the way you run your cycles, it won't hurt to flush your system and let your body heal in the meantime.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
