Turkish Sust

Found pics of my sust and it looks real but I am concerned because I have no pain at all when I inject. I am using a 1.5 inch 23 gauge in the glute. I also put a drop on my tongue and my tongue was numb, but is it real??????. I just did my 4th shot today, 500mg for 2 weeks of ten weeks. Can someone help me out here.

I'm using turkish sus right now. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn't. Just one of those things. If it doesn't hurt afterwards just be glad.
