Quick stupid question

Whats the half life of liquid refovit-B?

Can it be taken orally once a day or should I split up the 50 mg into different times of the day? Thanks

I would split it up since half life is not long at all, I would split it to 4 doses, one every 3-5 hrs

I hear that several doses is best but Ive ran it only takign two doses a day with great success.
