Hey guys, Yeah did the search thing and found out all about doses, ways to measure, how to split doses....
But how to you guys take it? just squirt it under the tongue?
Squirt it in a shot (literally no more) of grape juice, or any other juice?
I want to shed some b/f before I run a bulking cycle.
Saved some money with the liquid but now it seems like it will be kind of a pain in the ass. Especially the second dose. Unless I can just squirt it in a partial bottle of water or something, and take it to work like that.
