For me, 300-400mg/wk of Deca is a great dose. Combining dbol & Deca pushes my BP to very high levels, so perhaps you should monitor your's closely. Also, if you're not using hcg throughout this cycle, I strongly encourage you to do so.

i did deca @400mg/wk for 10 wks...had great gains.
400mg/wk is a very common dose...

OK, I didn't think it was too much. I did alot of researched and asked alot of you guys and many of you recommended 400mg a week.

400mg of deca is a perfect dosing. it gives very good results.
