8 weeks prop/6 weeks fina. Weight started around 193 went up to around 200lbs with a 4% drop in BF. The pics were 4 weeks in. My avatar is near the end. This was 2 months ago and I laid off for a few weeks (used clomid) and am now going on a 20 week cycle.
