Hey- I am very new to this so please forgive my lack of knowledge. I am 24yrs old., 5'4" apx. 135 and I 'm not to sure about my BF. I'm not a round ball but have the extra flab from my 2 kids from the ribs down to my thighs....I want to lose this fat and tone up like I was before I had my kids. I was about 105...I want to take T3 & Clen...I need to know when, how and what of taking these...diet the whole nine yards. Plus coming from another female will be very benificial. Thanks

first you should work on the diet, cardio and weight training in order to get rid of the body fat...t3 and clen are not some magical fat loss combo....they do come w/ side effects and t3 I would not recommend to women as women are more prone to thyroid conditions exp in their later 30's and early 40's......

what you want to do is eat a good well balanced clean diet, eating small meals 6x per day w/ approx 135-170g of protien per day...drinking 1.5+ gal of water per day....

combine this w/ early mornint cardio sessions....weight training....you'll lose that fat....w/out the t3 and clen

now clen can cause shakiness, increased irritability, insomnia, lack of concentration...being you have 2 young children do you think it's wise to walk around feeling like that?

if you need any additional help please feel free to contact me

Tell that to my wife. specially the irritability stuff

CutieFace is 100% right about this diet, cardio and weight training are the only real way to tone up.

I agree with CutieFace as well..... At your age you should be able to get your bodyfat down with a change in your diet and the other suggestions she made.

    Good luck

and also, starting diets or workouts going on clen, ephedrine, or steroids, will only present u with one stinkin' fact, U will NEVER be able to perform at the same rate while not on drugs, and it'll take even more disciplin to do what'cha gotta do. keep up the good work for at least a year and use drugs when you're going from slim to ripped, that's my advice.
