    clenbuterol

    hey just wondering when u take clenbuterol all throughout the day or all together i also heard u shouldn't take it after 4 pm.

    You heard correct, I don't take it after 2pm... but then again I go to bed early. You can break it up two to three times a day.

    whats the difference between popping them all at once and distributing then throughout the day. i just take them all in the morning.
