Just wanted to formally introduce myself to the crew over here. I've visited several boards the last couple of years, most i'm still checking in on-UG, Renegade, Anabolex, Ripped mass, Treidia,bigsport etc... Just got to say that this board really is the best hands down. It's nice to come over to a board that :doesn't have porn threads or pictures, unpleasant flaming and rudeness, and misinformed individuals giving their ".02". Also very impressed with the incredible amount of knowledgeable threads posted-the kind that have you think and want to learn "all" their is to this little world we dwell in.
