Nerve damage?

Hi
I was just reading through the 'Steroid injection info' page and i was wondering if someone could tell me...
Are there any nerves which you can damage in the injection sites, which are shown on the 'steroid injection info' page?

Basically can i do nerve damage if i inject ONLY in the sites adviced by this website?

When you hit a nerve, you know it. It is an automatic reaction to yank it out and no chance of grinding it around enough to sever a nerve. It only pierces them.
