I don't know if this is the right forum but here goes:
When I flex my bicep, the posterior looks peaked and large but from the anterior it looks flat and there is little if any peak??? What should I do to bump up the anterior size?
My arms are 18 1/2" around and I am at about 20% BF (I am still bulking as of now). I weight 225 at 5'8".
Any suggestions and/or scientific facts, studies whatever will be greatly appreciated.
