No flames here...looks like you have somethings to work on but nothing out of the ordinary. It's not that far down the road if you break it up into weeks instead of months.

A strong work ethic along with diet will go a long way.

Good size. I have never been to 230 at 6'4". A little diet and you will be ripped.
