How long to reach this kind of muscularity?

Maby doesnt belong to the lounge but cant figure out where else to put it.

How long do you think it would take me to reach the kind of muscularity seen in the first pic. I gain muscle decently easy when bulking but also gain fat very easily.
The pics after that is offcourse me, dont have a front shot so had to add a couple of different angles.

The first pic is my first goal.

I know its kinda hard to give a estimate of a thing like that, but from your experience how long does it usualy take?

That is an almost impossible question to answer.
We talk about diet, gear, training but you can not forget genetics.
The guy in the pic does not look enormous, so it may be attainable for you.

how high would you estimate that his bf% is on that pic?

I hope a body like that it is attainable for me , Im the kind of guy that will do anything to reach my goals so a couple of insane cycles with bad ass training and I should be big atleast.

I'm not real good at guessing BF but will take a shot at around 15%.

You already look like you have down some really good work on your physique. I would say, if that pic is your goal....go for it.

Don't stop until you attain it.

johan - your still young bro....... and from what I see your build is comming along well. Genetics plays a big part but I also think muscle maturity is a big factor too.

Yeah, 4 years of lifting behind me and 50 more to go Il be a buff mutherfucker in time. Hopefully in a short time

The slin, d-bol, test cycle I just started is going to get me so much closer

Lets turn around this post. Everyone post a pic of what you would want to look like! Not your ultimate goal, but more a short time resonable goal.
