What do you think about it and what cuold be changed with same amount of steroids?

example:
weeks 1-8 sust 500mg
weeks 1-8 win 150mg (50mg, eod)

clomid 21 days after last shot
nolva 10mg day

I have my .02 against it..but i really want to listen you bro's about it.

winny for 8 weeks isn't a good idea whether your a new user or not IMO, atleast it isn't for me anyway.

Sust sucks for a beginner cycle, stick to test-e or cyp and run it for 12 weeks. Run the winny 50mg ed 2 weeks past the test for 6 weeks. If you chose to use the sust, then run the winny 3 weeks past the sust and start it three week prior for a total of 6 weeks.

I'm with bdtr on this one. Run something simple like test en for at least 10, preferrably 12 weeks. The winny at the end is good, but not absolutely necessary for your fist one. This is just my opinion bro. Also, have you planned out your anti-e's and PCT?

BTW, what are your stats, goals, workout experience, etc

Why does everyone want to start their first cycle with Sus? It's not a beginner compound and most of the time they will not be running it correctly. At minimum Sus needs to be injected EOD. And yes Sus clears in 3 weeks.

I think it is probably because that is all they can get - what's available to them. But, I agree, they shouldn't want to do something just because it is availabe.

Yes, thats why everybody wants to have sust around here, its very cheap and easy to get, whatever, test cyp is cheap too, but that is a "legend" around here that it causes more sides than any other kind of test...what i know its not correct.
Well, i'm aways telling them that, even if they wanna go for the sust, to spread out the dosis to do it eod, no matter how the is the dosis (500mg,750mg, or so...)
my other concern is, its better to take the winny 4 weeks ed, than 6 weeks eod? Eod shots are trully a waste?

Test only, single ester, 500mg is all thats needed for a first. If you want to jumpstart, use prop so your still only using one compound.

If Sust is all you have access to; 250mg E3D is fine

Some guys will tell you it's OK to take Winny EOD, but in my opinion, I say you should run it 50mg ED for no more than six weeks. If you can't take the injections, then drink it. 4 weeks isn't long enough even if you were running it ED.
