    T3 sucks!!!!!

    I'm actually on 125mcg/day of t3 and I lost no more than 5 pounds in 3 weeks, mostly water....WTF???!!I used t4 before with awesome results in nore than 3 weeks. T3 isn't supposed to be 5 times stronger????I drop this crap.....

    Whats your diet look like? If you only lost 5 lbs then check your diet.

    I eat like 2800 cal/day, low carbs,low fat, high protein, I'm 230pounds at 5''11, My bf% is 14%....Doing some cardio.... The time I used t4 I wasn't dieting hard and had real better results......

    something doesn't sound right....

    and the diet would be my first guess as well....you can't just pop a pill and expect to frop fat....

    diet/training/rest are what make up the components of a successful cycle...blow one and it affects all the rest....

    I agree with you, but I drop my cal by like 1500 and lost only 5 pounds,
    I did the same with t4 and lost 18 pounds, only fat.......Actually, I'm saying that t4 gave me far better results than t3 and every books and web sites will tell you the opposite. The only thing I get with t3 is being everthirsty.....

    I didn't lose much with t3 either man....It was a dissapointment for me as well.

    go to a doctor and get your thyroid checked, i had the exact same thing, told my friend who is a doc, and he told me I might have thryoid deficiency, this was in Feb, still too chicken to go through with it

    1 mcg for every pound of bodyweight stacked with clen and you'd be amazed...

    I didn't see the kind of results I wanted either at 125mcg until I increased the dose... But be prepared to be very hot and uncomfortable for awhile...

    I havent got T3 but T4 as it was alot cheaper even though you need 4 times that tablets. Hopefully I will get the same effects you had

    Shit, highest I've gone is 125mcg/day...That would mean I would be using 225mcg / day, seems pretty high...

    I went up to 125 or 150 and didn't see much drop at all....maybe a couple of pounds at the most......Man 225 does seem like allot.........anyone else have experience with this ahppening?

    I was thinking the same thing. I've done 125 at most which worked pretty well.
    I didn't have the lag in metabolism on that dose that I expected though; about a wk noticable

    I doubt my thyro is fucked up cause I feel the side effects real bad like deshydration, increased heart rate, insomni. I drop the dose from 125 to 100 cause i wasn't able to sleep well. So it does something but I just didn't loose how much I expected.....Also, when I used t4 I was on Winny and parabolan wich help a lot...Maybe I just hoped too much.....

    I got decent results from 125mcg, but not what I was looking for... Heard of a few bros that use the 1mcg per Lb of bodyweight method and it works great, but at most I could only take that dose for 2 weeks before tapering back down... I will tell you I was one overheated sweaty Mutha Fucka at that dose...
