HPTA recovered but no sperm count

I have been off steriods about 20 months and done postcycle HCG,clomid,arimidex and my HPTA is recovered but still no sperm count
any one been in same positon.

the ferfility specialist wants to do a biopsy and thinks my sertoli cells may be dead

i took 3 - 9 month cycles of deca over 3 years which i know is stupid

Wow that's harsh bro, sorry about the horrible news, I don't know what to tell you. I guess that's why its important to not stay on for too long, like 9 monthes, wow. I guess I understand where a lot of the stigma's about steroids come from.

what are your blood levels?

just finished armidex and clomid , cannot get hold of hmg or would have tried it before with hcg

what was your E2, Prolactin?

7.9 the range in uk is 8-27 nmol for test

the doctors put me on 3 x 2000 iu hcg for 6 weeks this raised my testostorone but my fsh and lh went down to around 1 the range in uk is 1-11 for fsh and lh.

I am running anastrozole and clomid now .

anastrozole .5 mg a day
clomid
300mg x 1
100mg x10
50mg x10

please note doctors only ever gave me HCG nothing else it is even hard to get regular sperm and blood test out of them
