Hey guys,
Im on 10 week Sust 500mg and Deca 300mg. I just hit week 5 and am feeling "powerful". Thats the best way to describe it. Anyway last Tue on Chest day I benched and pushed out my last set for four reps (alot more weight than I have ever done). Now my left arm feels like it is strained. One way to describe it would be like back in high school after a good game of dodge ball your arm would "ache" (at least mine did). Im a little nervous that this hasnt went away and a find it a little more odd that this occured at all. Im not injury prone and recover very well. Is there anything that I could do or take to help the pain go away (advil before lifting?). Also I was curious if a major pump could result in this type of injury, I have been getting really major tiresome pumps (mostly from the D-bol at the begininng of my cycle). Any others experiences with this type of "aching" and how they handled it would help. I'll work through it and plan on working through it but if I should take it easy to avoid further injury I will.
