    im now at ~212lbs

    next cycle will be in january and it will consist of test/anavar/eq

    lookin' great..I just curious how much your bench has went up in this time...I have been on and off cycle for the past 9 months..and I have gained 110lbs. in bench...what are you up to??? whats the next cycle look like...I also gain 30lbs...now I'm gonna cut bf till I hit the single digits...hopefully..good luck

    i can bench 295 1x on a good day. was 225 natural.
    only +20lbs from last cycle. but i think my barbell bench suck, the only thing right now im really proud its i can finally push 125 on dumbell press for about 6-7 non-assisted . before now all i could press was only 100lbs for 4x...

    3rd cycle will look like this:
    1-8 test-e (i love it so much!) 600mg ew
    1-8 primo 300mg ew
    9-18 test-e 800mg
    9-18 EQ 400mg


    PCT 3-4 weeks after last inject.

    Did you even try to naturally gain muscle prior to using? you could have made even better gains if you had done that. I don't want to sound like a natural fuck or anything but come on! dont waste ur health!

    i kno, i jumped a bit too fast on gear but i put 15-20lbs naturally, from 2 years of moderate training. i think i start training at 18 or so at maybe 150-155lbs. not that bad, just average user
