    Does anyone have a list of things they eat in a day? Printable, And HIGH protein.

    Not printable, but any meat, eggs, tuna, fish, protein powder, nuts, cottage cheese, etc. are all sources of protein.

    1 cup oats
    6 egg whites
    2 whole eggs
    handful blueberries

    6 oz chicken breast
    200g sweet potatoe
    1 tbsp natty pb

    1 can tuna
    1/2 tbsp mustard
    1 tbsp safflower mayo
    1 slice whole wheat

    6 oz chicken breast
    1/2 cup (cooked) brown rice
    1/2 oz almonds

    6 oz salmon
    2 cups broccoli
    salad

    1 scoop pro blend 55
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1 tbsp udo's oil blend

    post workout is 2 scoops whey, 50/50 combo of maltodextrin/dextrose
